CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-128 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />RESOIZ]TION APPOINTING ROBERT WRIGHT AS A <br />REGULAR MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO <br />FIT.T. THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF RON HORAN <br /> <br />Ron Horan was appointed as Regular Member of the Planning <br />Commission for a term of four years, which term would <br />expire May 5, 1993; and <br /> <br />it has become necessary for Mr. Horan to resign as a <br />Regular Member of the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />Robert Wright was appointed as an Alternate Member of the <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />the Mayor has determined that Robert Wright should be <br />appointed as a Regular Member of the Planning Commission <br />and the vacancy for Alternate should be advertised; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Robert Wright is hereby appointed as a Regular Member <br />of the Planning Commission to fill the unexpired term of <br />Ron Horam, which term expires on May 5, 1993, or until <br />such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 16, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />Councilmember Butler <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
