CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-125 RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ADDENDUM PREPARED FOR THE CITY OF p?.RASANTON AS FILED UNDER CASE SP-90-1 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a General Plan Amendment and specific plan for the "North Sycamore Area", a 135-acre site located generally north of Sycamore Road, east of Sunol Boulevard, and south of the Mission Park and Ventana Hills neighborhoods; and WHEREAS, on February 4, 1992, the City Council certified the project Final Environmental Impact Report as complete; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, on March 17, 1992, the City Council requested that revisions be integrated into the Plan relating to the designation of new Medium Density Residential land, and such revision was subsequently determined by the Planning Director to require the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report Addendum; and on April 13, 1992, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the revised project and Environmental Impact Report and recommended, among other things, that the City Council certify the Environmental Impact Report Addendum as complete; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on June 16, 1992 and held a public hearing upon the completeness and adequacy of the Environmental Impact Report Addendum in disclosing relevant environmental issues involved in the event the proposed project were to be adopted. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council finds, after having reviewed and considered the material in the Environmental Impact Report Addendum, that it is complete, sufficient, and acceptable for the project proposed. Section 2: The city Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report Addendum for the proposed project has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, and state and city guidelines.
