CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-114 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENTS, <br />LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br />(PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT <br />OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The city Council intends to levy and collect <br /> assessments within Landscape Assessment District No. <br /> 1984-1 during fiscal year 1992-93. The area of land to <br /> be assessed is located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> County. <br /> <br />Section 2: The improvements to be made in this assessment district <br /> are generally described as follows: <br /> <br />Construction and maintenance of a landscaped strip along <br />the Arroyo de la Laguna between Pleasanton Canal and the <br />Arroyo del Valle. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br /> In accordance with this Council's resolution directing <br />the filing of an annual report, Joseph Elliott, Engineer <br />of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the report <br />required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br />All interested persons are referred to that report for a <br />full and detailed description of the improvements, the <br />boundaries of the assessments upon assessable lots and <br />parcels of land within the assessment district. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br /> On Tuesday, the 7th day of July 1992, at the hour of <br />7:30 p.m., the City Council will conduct a public hearing <br />on the question of the levy of the proposed annual <br />assessment. The hearing will be located in the City <br />Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, <br />California. <br /> <br />Section 5: <br /> <br /> The City Clerk is authorized and directed to give the <br />notice of hearing required by the Landscaping and <br />Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br /> <br />
