CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-112 RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND, NORTH PT~ASANTON FIRE PROTECTION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1986-8 WHEREAS, on October 7, 1986, the City Council Resolution of Intention No. 86-420 improvements in Hacienda Business Park, Assessment District No. 1986-8, city of Alameda, County; and adopted its for public Phase II, Pleasanton, WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention provided that any surplus in the improvement fund for said assessment, after completion of the improvements and payment of all claims from the improvement fund, would be applied in accordance with Section 10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, said improvements have been completed, and there has been acceptance of on-site improvements and the acquisition of street and utility improvements located in and adjacent to Phase II of Hacienda Business Park. All claims upon the improvement fund have been paid. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: As shown on the Final Schedule of Costs, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and by reference incorporated herein, a balance of $330,390.49 remains in the improvement fund for Hacienda Business Park, Phase II, Assessment District No. 1986-8, and said amount is surplus. Section 2: The amount of $330,390.49, plus accrued interest, shall be applied as a credit upon the assessments levied in Hacienda Business Park, Phase II, Assessment District No. 1986-8, in the manner provided in Section 10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code. Section 3: The City Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of this resolution to the City Finance office for their use in making the credit to each assessment.
