EXHIBIT C Section 6 SPECIAL CONDITIONS 6-01. STATEMENTOFWORK The Contractor shall for the term of the contract furnish all labor, equipment and materials and perform all work necessary to provide Public Restroom Cleaning Services at the following locations: 1. Amador Park - 4301 Black Ave. 2. Sports Park (5 locations) - 5800 Parkside Drive 3. Val Vista Park (2 10cations)- 7350 Johnson Drive 4. Creekside Park - 5665 West Las Positas 5. Muirwood Park - 4701 Muirwood Drive 6. Preserve Park - 5850 Laurel Creek Dr 7. Golden Eagle Park - 8200 Golden Eagle Way 8. Delucchi Park - 4501 First Street 9. P1easanton Middle School (Track) - 5001 Case Ave This work shall include but not limited to cleaning each Public Restroom and opening all doors by 8:00 am daily Monday through Friday. Monthly each restroom will be deep cleaned from the ceiling to and including the floors. Contractors personnel shall the ability to understand verbal I written communications from City staff without the aid of an interpreter. The term of the contract shall be 2 years unless modified by mutual consent. During the term ofthe agreement, the contract shall provide 5 days a week service. 6-02. PAPER PRODUCTS City of P1easanton shall supply all toilet paper, hand soap, hand towels, and toilet seat protectors. 6-03. PENALTIES If the Contractor should fail to prosecute the work properly or promptly or fail to perform any provisions of this contract, the Owner, after three (3) days' written notice to the Contractor, may, without prejudice to any other remedy it may have, make good such deficiencies and may deduct the cost thereof from the payment then or thereafter due to Contractor, provided, however, the Director of Public Works shall approve such action and certify the amount thereof to be charged to the Contractor.
