ATTACHMENT 2 <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-99 (FEE <br />POLICY) AND RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 (MASTER FEE <br />SCHEDULE) TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR RECREATIONAL <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Resolution No. 92-99 (Fee Policy) and Resolution No. <br />92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) are the present repositories <br />for listing of fees and charges for the City of <br />Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 2, 1992, the City Council received <br />the Staff Report (SR 92:224) of the Director of Parks and <br />Community Services recommending adoption of the updated <br />fees for that department's activities; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Fees and Charges Schedule-attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the Amador Theater Fee Policy. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br /> Authorizes staff to adjust fees and charges for <br />services and facilities for up to 20% of the approved <br />fees and charges without resubmitting the change to the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Section 4: Authorizes staff to provide new programs/classes at a <br /> fee based on the cost of service or established <br /> guidelines and that fees for such programs or classes be <br /> submitted to the Council for approval within a one year <br /> period from initiation of the class or program. <br /> <br />Section 5: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the Recreation Supervisors or Director of <br />Parks and Community Services to continue to enter into <br />contractual agreements for program services. <br /> <br />Section 6: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
