CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-106 RESOLUTION APPROVING THIRD QUARTER FINANCIAL REPORT AND AMENDMENT TO OPERATING BUDGET 1991-92 1991-92 WHEREAS, WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes any staff recommendations for budget amendments and technical corrections; and such a report (SR 92:207) was presented to the Council at its meeting of May 19, 1992; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Council hereby amends the 1991-92 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets as follows: Increases General Fund Revenue projects by $375,000 and appropriates an additional $60,000 for sales tax auditor commissions. bo Increases Lower Income Housing Revenue projections by $30,000. c. Amends Capital Improvement Program per Appendix C. Section 2: Council hereby renames the Sewer Replacement Fund, the Water Replacement Fund, and the Facility Maintenance and Replacement Fund, to the Sewer Replacement and Improvement Fund, the Water Replacement and Improvement Fund, and the Facility Replacement and Improvement Fund, respectively. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
