Unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer or Chief Building Official, the <br />developer and/or future property owners shall enter into a recorded Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Inspection and Maintenance Agreement for ongoing maintenance <br />and reporting of required stormwater measures. These measures may include, but are <br />not limited to: <br /> <br />a) A mechanism shall be created, such as a property owners' association, to be <br />responsible for maintaining all private streets, private utilities, and other privately <br />owned common areas and facilities on the site including stormwater treatment <br />measures. These maintenance responsibilities shall include implementing the <br />maintenance plan, which is attached to the Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Inspection and Maintenance Agreement. This document shall be reviewed by <br />the City Attorney's Office and recorded with the final map. <br /> <br />b) On-site storm drain inlets clearly marked and maintained with the words "No <br />Dumping - Drains to Bay." <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />17 <br />
