<br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1938 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THREEHAND, LPI GREG REZNICK <br />FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-54 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Threehand, LP/Greg Reznick has applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />development plan approval to subdivide an approximately 20-acre site located at <br />5 Windy Oaks Drive, within the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan, into <br />eight lots consisting of seven single-family lots for custom homes and one lot for <br />a City water tank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-HRlOS (Planned Unit Development - Hillside <br />ResidentiaVOpen Space) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that there were no changes to the environmental <br />circumstances and impacts from the time that it certified the Environmental <br />Impact Report for the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan Area in <br />March 1999 that would affect the environmental document; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval <br />of development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 15, 2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the development plan and site development standards <br />are consistent with the General Plan, the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific <br />Plan, and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-54, the application of Threehand, LP/Greg Reznick for <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to subdivide an <br />approximately 20-acre site located at 5 Windy Oaks Drive, within the Vineyard <br />Avenue Corridor Specific Plan, into eight lots consisting of seven single-family <br />lots for custom homes and one lot for a City water tank, subject to the conditions <br />of approval shown on Exhibit S, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />
