CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-105 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF RED BEAR, INC. TO CONSTRUCT A 20-UNIT SENIOR HOUSING DEVELOP~RNT, AS FILED UNDERCASE PUD-91-10 WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 19, 1992, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Red Bear, Inc. for planned unit development rezoning and development plan approval for the construction of a 20- unit senior housing townhouse development on an approximately 28,725 sq. ft. site located at 443 and 465 Division Street; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 23, 1991 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the city Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Red Bear, Inc. for planned unit development rezoning and development plan approval for the construction of a 20-unit senior housing townhouse development on an approximately 28,725 sq. ft. site located at 443 and 465 Division Street. Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis impact on the site's wildlife.
