CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-105 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF RED BEAR, INC. TO <br />CONSTRUCT A 20-UNIT SENIOR HOUSING <br />DEVELOP~RNT, AS FILED UNDERCASE PUD-91-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 19, 1992, the City Council received <br />a proposed negative declaration for the application of <br />Red Bear, Inc. for planned unit development rezoning and <br />development plan approval for the construction of a 20- <br />unit senior housing townhouse development on an <br />approximately 28,725 sq. ft. site located at 443 and 465 <br />Division Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated September 23, 1991 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan approval would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the city Council further finds that the proposed project <br />will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br />of Red Bear, Inc. for planned unit development rezoning <br />and development plan approval for the construction of a <br />20-unit senior housing townhouse development on an <br />approximately 28,725 sq. ft. site located at 443 and 465 <br />Division Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will <br /> have a de minimis impact on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br /> <br />
