pr.a NNING COD~~IISSSON CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />p~r.arrtEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTS ON NO_ PC-90-14 <br />RESOLUTSON RECOMMENDSNG APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />PRE SLEY COMPANIES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-89-21 FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT Pr.aN APPROVAL FOR A 99-LOT SINGLE-FANS LY <br />RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT TO BE LOCATED ON AN <br />APPROX=MAYFLY 271-ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF <br />FOOTHILL ROAD GENERALLY NORTH-WESTERLY OF ITS <br />INTERS ECTSON WITH STONERS DGE DRIVE, AND SOUTHERLY OF <br />DUBLIN CANYON ROAD <br />WHEREAS, Presley Companies has filed an application for <br />development plan approval for a 99-lot single-family <br />residential development to be located on an <br />approximately 271-acre site located on the west side of <br />Foothill road generally north-westerly o£ its <br />intersection with Stoner idge drive, and southerly of <br />Dublin Canyon road <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held February 14, 1990 at which <br />time the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed <br />development plan, and considered all reports, documents, <br />testimony, and recommendations ~ and <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for <br />PUD-89-21 and on February 14 , 1990 a resolution <br />accepting the Environmental Impact Report as complete <br />and adequate was adopted ~ and <br />WHEREAS, the EIR indicates significant environmental effects <br />would result from the project, as summarized in the <br />Environmental Impact Findings, and <br />WHEREAS, CEQA and state and 1oca1 EIR guidelines adopted pursuant <br />thereto require this Planning Commission to maKe <br />specific findings where an EIR identifies one or more <br />significant effects which may result from approval of <br />the prof ect - and <br />WHEREAS, this Planning Commission finds that potentially <br />significant environmental effects either have been <br />mitigated by project conditions o£ approval or <br />modifications made to the project during the review <br />process_ The facts and findings supporting these <br />f ind ix-~gs are summarized in the Environmental Impact <br />findings, which can be reviewed at the Punning <br />Department, 200 01d Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, <br />California, and as are more fu11y found in the <br />administrative record of this proj ect~ and <br />
