PLANNING CONIIff1 SS ION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />Ar.z~MEDA COUNTY , CAL=FORK IA <br />RESOLUTION NO _ PC-90-11 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE RZ-89-20 THE APPLI CATS ON OF CHRIS BERATLIS <br />WHEREAS, Chris Beratlis Yeas applied to rezone an approximately 10 <br />acre site located at 10 Beratl is Place from the ••A^ <br />(Agricultural) District to the R-1-20, 000 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 14, 1990, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />RZ-89-20, and <br />WHEREAS, trie Planning Commission Peas received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated December 21, 1989 and race ived the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was Pie1d February 14, 1990 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state acid <br />local gu idel ir~es governing the preparation o£ Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed raz on ing <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on trie <br />environment _ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMb~i1 SS SON OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1 c Approves the Negative Dec lar atioxz for <br />Case RZ-89-20 the application of Chris Beratlis to <br />rezone an appr ox imate iy 10 acre site located at 10 <br />Baratlis Place from the ^A•• (Agricultural) District to <br />the R-1-20,000 (Single-family Residential) District_ <br />Section 2 This resolution sria 11 become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption _ <br />
