pr.ANNSNG COMMS SSSON CSTY OF PLEASANTON <br />A7.sa 7vrEDA COUNTY ~ CALS FORK SA <br />RESOLUTSON NO_ PC-90-07 <br />RESOLUTSON APPROV2NG A NEGATIVE DECT.aun.TSON FOR <br />ORSON HOMES <br />WHEREAS, Orion Homes/Westbroolc Property Yeas applied for rezoning <br />and development plan approval to subdivide an <br />approximately 9 acre site into 18 single-family <br />residential lots and one remainder parcel located at <br />10890 Dublin Canyon Road; and <br />WHEREAS ~ zoning for the pro ert •• •• <br />and p Y is A (Agricultural) District; <br />WHEREAS ~ at its meeting o£ January 24 • 1990 ~ the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />PUD-89-18 ; and <br />WHEREAS ~ the Planning Commission Yeas received and reviewed the <br />Snitial Study dated October 20 ~ 1989 ~ and received the <br />recommendations o£ the staff; and <br />WHEREAS a duly noticed public hearing was Yield Ja nuar <br />y 2 4, 1 9 9 0 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts o£ the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS ~ the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Smpact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment _ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNSNG COMMS SS SON OF THE CSTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1 v Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />for Case PUD-89-18 ~ the application for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and development plan approval to <br />subdivide an approximately 9 acre site into 18 single- <br />family residential lots and one remainder parcel located <br />at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road_ <br />
