PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />Ar.z.MEDA COUNTY, GALS FORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO _ PC-90-04 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLI CATS ON OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEA SANTON AS F=LED UNDER CASE RZ-89-18 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 7 _ 5 acre site located on the southeast <br />corner of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road from the <br />R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District to the <br />R-1-20, 000, PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density <br />Residential District or to any other zoning district <br />consistent wit2-i tYie General P1an~ and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 10, 1990, the Planning <br />Commission approved a proposed negative declaration for <br />RZ-89-18 after considering all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff ~ and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the project is <br />consistent with the General Plan and would promote the <br />objectives of the Zoning Ordinance_ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1 : Recommends rezoning the 7 _ 5 acre subject property as <br />shown in the attached site plan, from the R-1-6500 <br />zoning district to the R-1-20,000 zoning distr ict_ <br />Section 2 c This resolution she 11 become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption _ <br />THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF .7ANUARY 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE a <br />AY ESO Commissioners Berger, Horan, Hovingh, Mahern, and <br />Chairman Miche loth <br />NOES .
