PLANNSNG CODaiSSSSON CSTY OF PLEASANTON AT.AMEDA COUNTY, GALS FORN SA RESOLUT SON NO_ PC-90-03 RESOLUTS ON APPROV SNG A NEGATSVE DECr.ArxATSON FOR THE CSTY OF PLEASANTON AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-89-18 WHEREAS, the City o£ Pleasanton has applied to rezone an approximately 7 _ 5 acre site located on the southeast corner o£ Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road from the R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District to the R-1-20, 000, PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 10, 1990, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for RZ-89-18 ; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Yeas received and reviewed the 2nitial Study and received the recommendations o£ the sta £ f ; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held January 10, 1990, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts o£ the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and 1oca1 guidelines governing the preparation o£ Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment _ NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNS NG CONIPQSSSSON OF THE CSTY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS Section 1 .
