pr.a NN SNG COMMS SSSON CSTY OF PLEASANTON Ar.nNrEDA COUNTY, CALS FORK SA RESOLUTSON NO _ PC-90-01 RESOLUTS ON APPROV 2NG A NEGATSVE DECr.au aTSON FOR TRS -MESA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WHEREAS, Tri-Mesa Development Company has applied to rezone an approximately 50 , 250 sq _ ft _ parcel located at 417 Sycamore Road Prom the ••A•• (Agricultural) District to the R-1-6500 (Single-gamily Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 10, 1990, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for RZ-89-17 ; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Snitial Study dated December 28 , 1989 , and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held January 10 1990, at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and 1oca1 guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Smpact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment _ NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNS NG COMMS SSSON OF THE C2TY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS Section 1 .
