CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-99 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF PT~ASANTON FEE <br />POLICY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the city of Pleasanton adopted Resolution No. 90-131, <br />Financial Policies, which states in general terms the <br />City's Fee Policy; and <br /> <br />the City desires to define its Fee Policy more <br />specifically; and <br /> <br />the City engaged the services of David M. Griffith to <br />recommend a formal Fee Policy for the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council adopts the Fee Policy as set forth <br /> in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 19, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS ~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
