CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-96 RESOLUTION MODIFYING ACCESS ROAD REQUIREMENTS FOR TRACT 5708 WHEREAS, Tract 5708 (Fremont Land, Inc.) consists of nine lots on approximately 10 acres located on the east side of Foothill Road just south of Castlewood between Country Lane and Verona Road; and WHEREAS, the Final Map was filed with Alameda County on March 19, 1991; and WHEREAS, a condition of approval for this tract is that the applicant construct a 15 foot wide gravel access road extending from Verona Road to the north side of this development along the top of the bank for access to the channel; and WHEREAS, the development is requesting a change to the location of the proposed access road in order to have less impact on the creek and the development; and WHEREAS, Zone 7 has concurred with this modification and has agreed to accept an access easement for maintenance of the road and channel; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the modification to the maintenance access road on Tract 5708, as shown on the attached Exhibit A. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
