CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-94 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF PT~ASANTON AND THEPT~ASANTON CITY EMPLOYEESASSOCIATION, FIXING SALARIES AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR E~TED CLASSES OF EMPLOYEES, AND AI~ENDINGTHE 1991-92 BUDGET WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, acting through the City Manager as employer representative of the City Council, and representatives of the Pleasanton City Employees Association have met and conferred pursuant to the provisions of Section 3500, et seq., of the Government Code in regard to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment for members of the Pleasanton City Employees Association; and WHEREAS, as a result of the above meeting and conferring process a proposed Memorandum of Understanding dated May 1, 1992 between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton City Employees Association was presented to the City Council at the regular meeting of May 5, 1992; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton City Employees Association for a term commencing May 1, 1992 through October 31, 1993, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2: The employees' class titles and salary ranges to be paid by the City of Pleasanton to all employees in the Pleasanton City Employees Association during the period May 1, 1992 through October 31, 1993, shall be set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: The budget for fiscal year 1991-92 is hereby amended to reflect those changes enumerated in Exhibit "A". Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
