CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-91 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 TO ADD VARIOUS STOP INTERSECTIONS WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted ResOlution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 5, 1992, the City Council received and discussed a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities (SR 92:180) related to requests various stop signs; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to amend Section 3 (Stop Intersections); NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding the following subsections to Section 3 as follows: "3b-12 Bordeaux Street, at Concord Street; stopping traffic on Bordeaux Street. 3c-18 Concord Street, at Bordeaux Street/Chadbourne Court; stopping traffic on Concord Street in both directions. 3c-19 Concord Street, at Hearst Drive; stopping traffic on Concord Street in both directions. 3c-20 Chadbourne Court, at Concord Street; stopping traffic on Chadbourne Court. 3h-10 Hearst Drive, at Concord Street; stopping traffic in both directions on Hearst Drive. 3h-ll Hearst Drive, at Remillard Court; stopping traffic in both directions on Hearst Drive. 3r-10 Remillard Court, at Hearst Drive; stopping traffic on Remillard Court." Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
