CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-90 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ESTABLISHMENT OF A THREE-WAY STOP AT BORDEAUX STREET AND ARBOR DRIVE WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 3, 1992, Council approved installation of a three-way stop at the intersection of Bordeaux Street and Arbor Drive; and WHEREAS, subsequent to that action, a resident in the area requested reconsideration of the matter and on March 17, 1992 Council voted to reconsider the matter; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 5, 1992, Council reviewed the staff report (SR 92:181) and heard testimony from residents in the area; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Council confirms its decision set forth in Resolution No. 92-50 and Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsections 3a-7 and 3b-ll to Section 3 to read as follows: "3a-7 Arbor Drive, at Bordeaux Street, stopping traffic on Arbor Drive in both directions. 3b-ll Bordeaux Street, at Arbor Drive; stopping traffic on Bordeaux Street." Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON MAY 5, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: NOES: Councilmember Butler ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer APPROVED AS TO FORM: Michael H.
