CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-88 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF ANITA <br />DAVIDSON FOR PUDREZONINGAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL FOR A 4-LOT SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT <br />1635 ROSE AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Anita Davidson applied to have an approximately 1.03 acre <br />site rezoned from the Agriculture District to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential <br />District and for development plan approval for a four-lot <br />single-family residential subdivision on the parcel <br />located at 1635 Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council received the Planning Commission's <br />recommendations and reviewed the staff report (SR 92:193) <br />regarding the application; and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 5, 1992; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council finds that creation of four lots from the <br />approximately one acre site without a comprehensive <br />infrastructure system for the area would jeopardize long- <br />range planning efforts; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies the application of Anita Davidson for PUD <br /> rezoning and development plan approval for a four-lot <br /> single-family residential subdivision on an approximately <br /> 1.03 acre site located at 1635 Rose Avenue, as filed <br /> under Case PUD-91-5. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 5, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
