CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-87 RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PUD-81-30-54D-1M, THE APPLICATION OF BRITANNIA BUSINESS CENTER/PRUDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT GROUP TO CONSTRUCT A TWO-STORY OFFICE BUILDING WHEREAS, Britannia Business Center/Prudential Development Group has applied for a Planned Unit Development major modification to allow the construction of a two-story, 141,000 square foot office building on a 7.9 acre parcel (Site liD) in Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was previously prepared and certified for Hacienda Business Park, and development of the subject property was anticipated in a consistent manner with the proposed project and was included within the scope of the EIR, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 5, 1992, and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30-19M, PUD-84-8-3M as well as the City's General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Britannia Business Center/Prudential Development Group for a Planned Unit Development major modification to allow the construction of a two-story, 141,000 square foot office building on a 7.9 acre parcel (Site liD) in Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions listed in exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
