CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-87 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PUD-81-30-54D-1M, <br />THE APPLICATION OF BRITANNIA BUSINESS <br />CENTER/PRUDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT GROUP TO <br />CONSTRUCT A TWO-STORY OFFICE BUILDING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Britannia Business Center/Prudential Development Group <br />has applied for a Planned Unit Development major <br />modification to allow the construction of a two-story, <br />141,000 square foot office building on a 7.9 acre parcel <br />(Site liD) in Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was previously prepared <br />and certified for Hacienda Business Park, and development <br />of the subject property was anticipated in a consistent <br />manner with the proposed project and was included within <br />the scope of the EIR, and there are no changed <br />circumstances or new information requiring additional <br />environmental review; therefore, this application does <br />not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new <br />environmental documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on May 5, 1992, and testimony <br />taken concerning the proposed project including its <br />design, cumulative impact, consistency with <br />PUD-81-30-19M, PUD-84-8-3M as well as the City's General <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Britannia Business <br /> Center/Prudential Development Group for a Planned Unit <br /> Development major modification to allow the construction <br /> of a two-story, 141,000 square foot office building on a <br /> 7.9 acre parcel (Site liD) in Hacienda Business Park, <br /> subject to the conditions listed in exhibit "B", attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
