CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THELAND USE DESIGNATION <br />OF PARCELS 1, 4 AND 5 IN THE PROPOSED NORTH <br />SYCAMORE SPECIFIC PLAN AS MEDIUM DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on March 17, 1992, the City Council conducted a public <br />hearing on the proposed North Sycamore Specific Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />following said hearing, City Council directed staff to <br />prepare several changes to the Plan, including <br />redesignating parcels 1 - 9 as Medium Density <br />Residential; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 7, 1992, City Council voted to reconsider its <br />decision with respect to the Medium Density Residential <br />designation on Parcels 1, 4 and 5; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 21, 1992, the Director of Planning and Community <br />Development presented a report (SR 92:174) regarding <br />alternative land use designations for said parcels; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />after consideration of the documents and testimony, the <br />City Council determines that the best land use <br />designation for Parcels 1, 4 and 5 remain Medium Density <br />Residential. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby confirms that the land use <br />designation for Parcels 1, 4 and 5 on the North Sycamore <br />Specific Plan should remain as Medium Density Residential <br />and directs staff to prepare appropriate changes to the <br />Plan to reflect that designation. <br /> <br /> <br />
