Authorize connection of the Gragg parcel located at 760 Mockingbird <br />Lane (APN 949-0006-001-01) to the City sanitary sewer system, <br />provided all connection work is done to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer, all costs are borne by the property owner, and the proposed <br />extension of City services is approved by LAFCo. <br /> <br />2. Approve the preannexation agreement between Gragg and the City of <br />Pleasanton, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />3. File an application with LAFCo for the extension of sewer service to <br />the Gragg parcel. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The property owners of 760 Mockingbird Lane are requesting sewer service <br />to serve their existing residence located on Mockingbird Lane outside the <br />City limits. The property owner is requesting connection to the City sewer <br />system to eliminate their failing septic tank and leach field. Alameda <br />County, Department of Environmental Health restricts repairs or installation <br />of new septic systems when a sanitary sewer main is within 200 feet of the <br />property. <br /> <br />SR 06:240 <br />Page I of3 <br />
