CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF FRED HEMPY AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-91-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 21, 1992, the city Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of Fred Hempy, for development plan approval <br />to allow the construction of one single-family home on an <br />approximately 1.25 acre portion of an approximately 2.40 <br />acre site located at 5226 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated January 15, 1992 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed development plan <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br />of Fred Hempy for development plan approval to allow the <br />construction of one single-family home on an <br />approximately 1.25 acre portion of an approximately 2.40 <br />acre site located at 5226 Foothill Road. <br /> <br /> <br />
