City reviews/provides comments on January 30, 2001 <br />first revised submittal <br /> <br />February 27, 2001 <br /> <br />5, Property Owner revises and resubmits February 20, 2001 <br /> <br />March 20, 2001 <br /> <br />6, City reviews/provides final comments on March 6, 2001 <br />second revised submittal <br /> <br />April 3, 2001 <br /> <br />7. Property Owner finalizes plans and March 13,2001 <br />submits for building permits <br /> <br />April 10, 2001 <br /> <br />8, Building permits issue April 10, 200 I <br /> <br />April 24, 2001 <br /> <br />The above schedule provides a period of23 working days for the City's review of the initial <br />submittal of the initial building permits, 14 working days for the City's review of the first revised <br />submittal and 10 working days for the City's review of the second revised submittal. <br /> <br />Accordingly, the above dates may be adjusted if the actual submittal dates are different.
