CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR <br />CERTAIN LOTS IN TRACT6033 (GOLDEN EAGLEFARMS <br />[PHASE III]) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 17, 1992, Council reviewed the <br />report of the Director of Planning and Community <br />Development (SR 92:26) regarding a request for policy <br />direction to determine house sizes within Tract 6033, <br />especially on the twenty "impact lots" located on the <br />upper bench; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at that meeting, the Council adopted Resolution No. 92-17 <br />to amend the design guidelines for Tract 6033 in certain <br />respects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />thereafter, City staff sought clarification concerning <br />the intent of Council's action as reflected in Resolution <br />No. 92-17; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 7, 1992, the City Council reviewed the report of <br />the city Manager (SR 92:139) concerning this matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution. No. 92-17 is rescinded. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> The design guidelines for Tract 6033 are amended by <br />deleting the term "medium", and for the twenty (20) <br />impact lots, the following shall apply: <br /> <br />"The structure, not including the garage, should be 7,000 <br />square feet or less, but in all cases the design shall be <br />the ultimate criterion; if the garage exceeds 800 square <br />feet, then square footage in excess of 800 square feet <br />shall count towards the 7,000 square foot guideline." <br /> <br /> <br />
