CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-75 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS TO THE <br />PLEASANTON HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Tom Treto was appointed to the Housing Authority for a <br />term of four years, which term would have expired on <br />January 25, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Gloria Bondurant was appointed to the Housing Authority <br />for a term of four years, which term would have expired <br />on January 25, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Ron Smith was appointed to the Housing Authority for a <br />term of four years, which term expired on January 25, <br />1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />due to various reasons, Mr. Treto and Ms. Bondurant have <br />resigned as Housing Authority Commissioners, and Mr. <br />Smith is not eligible for reappointment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br />who are interested in serving on the Housing Authority <br />Board of Commissioners and evaluated their <br />qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Linda Hughes is hereby appointed to the Housing <br /> Authority Board of Commissioners to fill the unexpired <br /> term of Tom Treto, which term expires on January 25, <br /> 1994, or until such time as she is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Tom Law is hereby appointed to the Housing Authority <br />Board of Commissioners to fill the unexpired term of <br />Gloria Bondurant, which term expires on January 25, 1995, <br />or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br /> Douglas Dougan is hereby appointed to a new four year <br />term on the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, <br />which term expires on January 25, 1996, or until such <br />time as he is replaced. <br /> <br /> <br />
