CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-75 RESOLUTION APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS TO THE PLEASANTON HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WHEREAS, Tom Treto was appointed to the Housing Authority for a term of four years, which term would have expired on January 25, 1994; and WHEREAS, Gloria Bondurant was appointed to the Housing Authority for a term of four years, which term would have expired on January 25, 1995; and WHEREAS, Ron Smith was appointed to the Housing Authority for a term of four years, which term expired on January 25, 1992; and WHEREAS, due to various reasons, Mr. Treto and Ms. Bondurant have resigned as Housing Authority Commissioners, and Mr. Smith is not eligible for reappointment; and WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in serving on the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners and evaluated their qualifications; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Linda Hughes is hereby appointed to the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners to fill the unexpired term of Tom Treto, which term expires on January 25, 1994, or until such time as she is replaced. Section 2: Tom Law is hereby appointed to the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners to fill the unexpired term of Gloria Bondurant, which term expires on January 25, 1995, or until such time as he is replaced. Section 3: Douglas Dougan is hereby appointed to a new four year term on the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, which term expires on January 25, 1996, or until such time as he is replaced.
