CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-74 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KAUFMANAND BROAD FOR A GENERAL PLANAMR~NDMENT AS FIT~D UNDER CASE GP-91-9 WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 7, 1992, the City Council received an application from Kaufman and Broad for a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation of a 17 acre parcel located on the north side of Stanley Boulevard between First Street and California Avenue from "High Density Residential" to "Medium Density Residential"; and WHEREAS, the City Council considered the report from the Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 92:151) regarding the proposed General Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, the City Council determined that a Negative Declaration was appropriate for the proposed General Plan Amendment and adopted Resolution No. 92-73 approving the Negative Declaration; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held with respect to the General Plan Amendment at which time any member of the public was offered the opportunity to address the City Council on said amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council approves the application of Kaufman and Broad for a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation of a 17 acre site located on the north side of Stanley Boulevard between First Street and California Avenue (3801 Stanley Boulevard) from "High Density Residential" to the "Medium Density Residential" District. Section 2: The City Council determines that this is one of four times in 1992 that the land use element of the General Plan may be amended as authorized by Government Code §65631.
