CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-73 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THEAPPLICATION OF KAUFMANAND BROAD FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT, REZONING, AND DEVELOPMENT PLANAPPROVAL, AS FILEDUNDER CASE GP-91-9/PUD-91-17 WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 7, 1992, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Kaufman and Broad, for a General Plan Amendment to change the Land Use Designation from High Density Residential to Medium Density Residential, for Planned Unit Development rezoning, and for development plan approval to allow the construction of 108 single- family homes on an approximately 17 acre site located generally on the north side of Stanley Boulevard between First Street and California Avenue (3801 Stanley Boulevard); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 12, 1991 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed General Plan Amendment, rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed General Plan Amendment, rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 'CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
