CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-73 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THEAPPLICATION OF KAUFMANAND BROAD FOR A <br />GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT, REZONING, AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PLANAPPROVAL, AS FILEDUNDER CASE <br />GP-91-9/PUD-91-17 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 7, 1992, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of Kaufman and Broad, for a General Plan <br />Amendment to change the Land Use Designation from High <br />Density Residential to Medium Density Residential, for <br />Planned Unit Development rezoning, and for development <br />plan approval to allow the construction of 108 single- <br />family homes on an approximately 17 acre site located <br />generally on the north side of Stanley Boulevard between <br />First Street and California Avenue (3801 Stanley <br />Boulevard); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated December 12, 1991 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed General Plan <br />Amendment, rezoning and development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed General Plan <br />Amendment, rezoning and development plan would not have <br />any significant adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 'CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
