CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUPPLRMENTAL <br />ENVIRO~ALIMPACTREPORT PREPARED AND FIreD <br />UNDER CASEPUD-89-17, CURRIN CONSTRUCTION, FOR <br />OAK TREE FARM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the city Council of the City of Pleasanton provided <br />proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br />Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the <br />proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact <br />Report from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, <br />persons having special expertise with respect to any <br />environmental impact involved, and other persons or <br />organizations having an interest in the proposed project; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report has <br />been prepared and contains the Draft Environmental Impact <br />Report, comments and recommendations received on the <br />Draft Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of <br />the City of Pleasanton to significant environmental <br />points raised in the review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 7, 1992, <br />upon the final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report <br />and upon the completeness and adequacy of the entire SEIR <br />in disclosing relevant environmental issues involved in <br />the event the proposed project is to be approved. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Council finds, after having reviewed and considered the <br />material in the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report, <br />that the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared is complete, sufficient, and acceptable in <br />assessing the impacts of the project proposed. <br /> <br />Section 2: Council finds that the Supplemental Environmental <br /> Impact Report for the proposed project has been completed <br /> in compliance with the California Environmental Quality <br /> Act, and state and city guidelines. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
