Mark Schatz <br />was Principal-in-Chatge for a broad-ranging <br />masterplan for the city's community facilities. <br />The centerpiece of this two-year effort was <br />the redesign of Burgess Park, the site for <br />the city's Civic Center. This process involved <br />more than twenty public meetings with a <br />large steering committee comprised of City <br />staff, commmunity group leaders, and elected <br />officials.
