Each roadway was analyzed assuming
that 100 percent of the daily volume used the roadway. This conservative approach analyzes the worst-
case scenario for each roadway to determine the impact. Normally, the traffic from this development
would use both streets. The existing volumes and levels-of-service and the existing plus project vol-
umes and leve1s-of-service are summarized in the following table.

Existing + Project (Assumes
Roadway Existing Conditions 100% of project traffic nses
each roadway
Residential Dailv Peak LOS Dailv Peak LOS
Cameron Avenue 686 73 C 936 97 C
Martin Avenue 520 74 C 770 98 C
Existing + Project (Assumes
Roadway Existing Conditions 100% of project traffic uses
each roadway
Residential Collector Dailv Peak LOS Dailv I Peak I LOS
Kamn Drive 1,664 157 A 1,914 I 181 I A

If 100 percent of the project trips were concentrated on anyone of these residential streets or collectors,
there would not be any change in the level-of-service. The 24 p.m. peak hour trips represent less than
one additional car every two minutes.

Cameron Avenue Sidewalk

The proposal includes a public sidewalk along the north side of Cameron A venue connecting the Palmer
Drive neighborhood to the public sidewalk/trail in the buffer area by Martin Avenue.

PUD-50 and PTR-5572

Page 31 of36

June 7. 2006
