<br /> <br />... =1= <br /> <br />pLEASANTONo <br /> <br />Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Hearing <br />Human Services Commission <br />Wednesday, September 6,2006; 7:00 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Ave., Pleasanton <br /> <br />At the meeting, representatives of agencies which received City of Pleasanton CDBG funds in FY 2005 <br />(05/06) will be given the opportunity to make brief presentations (i.e., about three minutes per project) <br />to the Human Services Commission and Housing Commission regarding their respective projects. The <br />presentations are intended to clarify or amplify information which is not apparent in the statistics <br />submitted by each agency, such as specific accomplishments, successes or problems, or "human <br />interest" elements of each project. Agencies are encouraged to keep presentations brief to allow time <br />(within the three minutes) for any questions which Commissioners might wish to ask. <br /> <br />A general schedule and order for the presentations is listed below: <br /> <br />7:10 p.m. I.
