(Ord. 1743, 1998; Ord. 1738 <br />~ 1, 1998) <br /> <br />480-3 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />18.08.172 <br /> <br />18.08.185 Firearm Sales, Antique: <br />"Antique firearm sales" means the <br />sale of any firearm not designed or <br />redesigned for using rimfrre or conven- <br />tional center fire ignition with fixed <br />ammunition and manufactured in or <br />before 1898 (including any matchlock, <br />flintlock, percussion cap, or similar <br />type of ignition system or replica there- <br />of, whether actually manufactured be- <br />fore or after the year 1898), and also <br />any firearm using fixed ammunition <br />manufactured in or before 1898, for <br />which the ammunition is no longer <br />manufactured in the United States and <br />is not readily available in the ordinary <br />channels of commercial trade. (Ord. 1743, <br />1998; Old. 1738 ~ 1, 1998; Prior Code <br />~ 2-5.20(a)) <br /> <br />18.08.195 Floor Area, Gross: <br />"Gross floor area" means the sum of <br />the gross horizontal area of the several <br />floors of a building and its accessory <br />buildings on the same site excluding: <br />basement or cellar areas used only for <br />storage; space used for off street park- <br />ing or loading; steps, patios, decks, <br />terraces, porches, and exterior balco- <br />nies, if not enclosed on more than three <br />(3) sides.
