<br />EXIIIBIT C <br /> <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF ROBERT SWEENEY <br />CONSTRUCTION, FOR JIM RHOADES, FOR ADMINISTRATIVE <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PADR-1542 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Sweeney Construction, for Jim Rhoades, has applied for <br />administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />1,224-square-foot second-floor addition and an approximately <br />120-square-foot first-floor addition to the front of the existing residence <br />located at 3227 Anastacia Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-I-7,500 (Single-Family Residential) District; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Steve and <br />Carol Stanton submitted an appeal (Case PAP-97) of the Zoning <br />Administrator's approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 26, 2006, the Planning Commission, after having <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of <br />City staff concerning this application, denied the appeal, thereby upholding <br />the Zoning Administrator's approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the appellants <br />submitted an appeal (Case PAP-98) to the Planning Commission's <br />decision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 5, 2006, the City Council received a report <br />from the Director of Planning and Community Development, together with <br />a copy ofthe staff report to the Planning Commission, regarding this <br />matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 5, 2006, at which time <br />the appellants and any other member of the public were offered an <br />opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal; and <br />
