A brief summary of these issues is as follows: <br /> <br />Records Management <br />As of July 2006, approximately 200 plots have been sold but remain unfilled. Sales are <br />continuing and at an increased rate. Acquiring the Cemetery would require fulfilling these <br />commitments and managing the records. Barnes' records are in fairly good shape but will <br />require organization and modernization. For example, plot mapping is currently done by hand on <br />paper maps posted on his office walls. A more reliable method of tracking plot assignments will <br />be needed and can be done via the creation of a standard database. <br /> <br />SR 06:203 <br />Page 9 <br />
