CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-62 WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF APPROXIMATELY 1,170 ACRES, AS FILEDUNDERCASE GP-91-8 (RUBY HILL) the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the Land Use Element of the General Plan from "Agriculture and Grazing" to a reconfigured "Agriculture and Grazing", "Public Health and Safety", and "Low Density Residential" for 1,170 acres of the Ruby Hill site; and the area is located south of Vineyard Avenue and west of the realigned Vallecitos Road; and the City Council determined that a Negative Declaration was appropriate for the General Plan amendment and adopted Resolution No. 92-41 approving the Negative Declaration; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held with respect to the General Plan amendment, at which time any member of the public was afforded the opportunity to address the City Council on said amendment; and the City Council desires to make changes to the Land Use Element of the General Plan at this time as one of the four times during the calendar year such changes may be made. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council determines that this is one of the four times in 1992 that the Land Use Element of the General Plan may be amended, as authorized by Government Code Section 65631. Section 2: Amends the Land Use Element of the General Plan from "Agriculture and Grazing" to a reconfigured "Agriculture and Grazing", "Public Health and Safety", and "Low Density Residential" for the 1,170-acre site located south of Vineyard Avenue and west of the realigned Vallecitos Road, as illustrated on the attached Exhibit A.
