CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 'PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-61 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RESCINDING A PREVIOUS RESOLUTION <br />AND INITIATING PREZONING OF PROPERTY BEING <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF Pr~ASANTON UNDER <br />ANNEXATION NO. 138 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has directed <br />the city staff to prepare a formal resolution requesting <br />annexation and an annexation application to LAFCO as <br />filed under Annexation 138; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is desirable to prezone properties coming into the <br />City limits to a zoning district consistent with the <br />General Plan so that said properties will not <br />automatically be put into an "S" (Study) district when <br />they are annexed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Rescinds Resolution No. 90-46. <br /> <br />Section 2: That prezoning to any zoning district consistent with <br /> the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br /> initiated for the following property: <br /> <br />Approximately 133.43 acres located west of <br />Boulevard and generally north of Sycamore Road. <br /> <br />Sunol <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 17, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: /~ <br />~i~hael H.~ou!h, City Attorney <br /> <br />- Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br /> <br />Peggy ~.6/Ezidro ~/ City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
