The modular otiice/conirnercial building covered by this approval shall be constructed <br />substantially ixi conformance Lo the development plans, Exhibit A, dated "Received April 4, <br />2()06" on Zile with the Planning Department, except as nzodiF ed by the following, conditions. <br />Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subj act to the approval of the Planning Director <br />if Found to be in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br />2. All conditions of-Case YUD-87-25 and PCLJP-87 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, grading permits, or other site preparation <br />permits, the Valley I-Iumane Society shall execute a Property )~;ntry Agreetstent in a form <br />acceptable to the City Attorney, and provide all required certificates of insurance. <br />a. The right to place on the site and operate the temporary modular ot'ficc and adoption <br />center, as well as the construction trailer, shall expire three years from the activation <br />of the buildit~g pcrniit or the issuaiiec of a Certificate of Occupancy for the pern~ancnt <br />structu rc, whichever occurs first <br />b_ "1'h ree years from the activation of the building permit or the issuance of a Certifcate <br />of Occupancy for the permai~cnt structure, whichever occurs first, the improvenicnts <br />shall be removed and the site restored to its original condition unless otherwise <br />required by the C=ity. <br />C: eneral 12eq u irem cats <br />4.
