F_XHIBIT R <br />CONDITIONS OF APYRO VAL <br />PCUP-156, Peter Chan, Aloha Cabinetry <br />3930 Valley Avenue <br />April 19, 2006 <br />7 . The proposed use and its operation shall substat~tially confiorm to the plans and narrative, <br />Exhibit A, dated "Received March 2, 2006", on file with the Planning Departn~cnt, <br />except as modified by the following conditions- Minor alterations may be approved by <br />the Plat>.rting Director if found to be in substantial conformance with this approval- <br />2. If arty cl erYtent ofi'the proposed use results in conflicts in regard to parking, cot~gestion, <br />noise, trait c, loitering, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this <br />use permit nay be submitted to the Planning Cotnn~ission for subsoq vent review at a <br />public hearing. If necessary, the Planning C'on~niission may rrtodity or add conditions <br />of approval to nii tigate such impacts, or n-tay revoke said use permit. <br />3. All Conditions of Approval of PLTD-80-1 shall remain in Rill force and effect <br />4. The hours of operation of the said use shall be firom 8:00 a_m. to Ei:30 p. m. Monday <br />through Thursday, 9:00 a.m_ to 5:00 p.trt. on Fridays, and closed Saturday and Sunday. <br />Additional hours and activities beyond what was stated in the applicant's statement of <br />operation, dated "Received March 2, 2006", on file in the Planning Department nay be <br />approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conl<trmance with the <br />approval. The Planning Director may also refer the trtatter to the Planning C'oniniission <br />if the proposed changes would be signi£cant_ <br />5. Trucks of all sizes making pickups acrd deliveries shall be allowed to service the subject <br />property only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p. m. hz Valley Business Park, all <br />loading and unloading for the proposed use shall occur tither within or in front. of 3930 <br />Valley Avenue_ There shall not be pickups or deliveries occurring in the street~s~ at arty <br />tirrtc. <br />6. '1'hcre shall be no outdoor stctrage_ <br />7. The applicant shall n-taintain the area surroun dingy the tenant space in a clean and orderly <br />n-tanncr at all tirxzcs_ <br />8. If signing for the business is desired, a sign application shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Director for consideration under a separate application. <br />9. No changes to the exterior of the building shall be made without prior approval from the <br />Planning Department. <br />
