The location and operation of the proposed use shall conform substantially to <br />Exhibit A (the floor plans and details of operation, dated "Received, February 14, <br />2006", on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following <br />conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved operation and schedule niay <br />be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial compliance with <br />the proposal. <br />2. The operation of the training canter shall be litrtited to the following hours= <br />Monday throu€,Lt Sunday: 10:00 a.n-t. 9:00 p_irt_ <br />3. if additional hours and activities beyond what was stated in the applicant's statement <br />of operation, dated "February 1 4, 2006", on fide in the Planning Department, arc <br />desired, prior City review and approval is required. If operations of this use permit results in conflicts pertaining to parking, interior or <br />exterior noise, traF£c/circulation, or other factors, at the discretion of the Planning <br />Director, this conditional use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for <br />their review at a public hearing- IF necessary, the Planning Commission may modify <br />or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said <br />conditional use perrrtit approval. Possible mitigation trteasures n~tay include chartging <br />the hours of operation, or other measures deemed necessary. <br />5. Nrior to issuances of a. business license, the applicant shall contact the Building and <br />Safety Division and the Fire Marshall to ensure that the proposed use of tlza tan art <br />space rneets 13 uilding Coda and Fire Code requircincnts, if applicable. If req wire; d, the <br />applicant shall obtain a btaildirig pern~it_ No changes to the exterior of the building <br />shall be made without prior approval from the Planning Department. <br />6. "I'he applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the proposed application may be <br />subject prior to issuance of building permits. The type and amount of the fees shall <br />be those in effect at the tinier the building pcrarait is issued- <br />7. This conditional use permit approval will lapse one (1) year from the effective date of <br />approval unless the trade school receives a business license. <br />
