Approved building materials and colors shall be stated on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits- <br />34. The applicant shall effectively screen from view all ducts, vents, meters, air conditioning, <br />cq uipnient, and any other mechanical cquipn~acnt, whether on the structure, on the ground, <br />or on the rooT with niateri als architecturally coanpatible with the anain structure- <br />Scrcening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits, <br />tlxe adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning, Director- X111 required <br />screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br />S <br />
