CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-55 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THETASSAJARARESERVOIRAND <br />AUTHORIZATION TO CALL FOR BIDS AND APPROVING <br />CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 5 WITH JOHN CAROLLO <br />ENGINEERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 17, 1992, Council received the <br />report (SR 92:122) of the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities regarding the proposed plans and specifications <br />for the construction of the Tassajara Reservoir; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Tassajara Reservoir is a joint use project with Dublin <br />San Ramon Services District, who have agreed to split <br />engineering costs on a 50%/50% basis for the first three <br />phases of this project; and <br /> <br />Phases 4 through 6 will be paid for entirely from NPID <br />No. 2 funds; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the Tassajara <br /> Reservoir Project. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br /> Approves Amendment No. 5 to the contract with John <br />Carollo Engineers for additional engineering services, <br />Phase 5, bidding assistance for the subject project, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br /> <br /> Authorizes the City Manager to execute said Amendment <br />No. 5. <br /> <br />Section 4: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 5: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the allocation of $16,000 from the North <br />Pleasanton Assessment District (NPID) No. 2 for Amendment <br />No. 5 to the John Carollo Engineers. <br /> <br /> <br />
