Policy P.R.9: <br /> <br />ii. Lots created in the Buffer Zone pursuant <br /> to the fall-back development option greater <br /> than five (5) acres shall be discouraged. <br />quasi-public uses as listed in Table P.R.2, subject <br />to the criteria established therein. <br />park uses as listed in Table P.R. 3, except golf <br />course uses, subject to the criteria established <br />therein; <br />open space uses, either privately or publicly <br />owned; and <br />agricultural uses as listed in Table P.R.4. <br /> <br />after transfer of development fights has occurred: <br /> 1. residential uses consisting of units existing as of <br /> the adoption of the Pleasanton Ridgelands Plan; <br />2. residual agricultural, park, and quasi-public uses <br /> limited to the following: <br /> i. livestock grazing, not including feed lots; <br /> ii. vineyards and orchards; <br /> iii. demonstration ranches; <br /> iv. equestrian centers and equine boarding <br /> stables; <br /> v. private stables; <br /> vi. aquaculture facilities; <br /> vii. breeding farms; <br /> viii. commercial and private recreation <br /> facilities, including active parks, picnic <br /> facilities, camping facilities, and trails; <br /> ix. nature centers; <br /> x. wildlife habitat refuges; and <br /> xi. accessory sUmctures and uses located on <br /> the same site with the above-listed uses <br /> including, but not limited to, barns, <br /> stables, storage tanks, farm out-buildings, <br /> and staging areas/parking areas. <br /> The above uses shall be subject to the criteria <br /> established for those uses in Tables P.R.2. and <br /> P.R.3. <br /> <br />General uses in each category shall be interpreted as are those <br />uses specified in the General Plan for these categories. <br /> <br />All development of any type within the Buffer Zone shall be <br />subject to the following specific criteria: <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
