CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 92-50 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 TO ADD A THREE- WAY STOP AT ARBOR DRIVE AND BORDEAUX STREET WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for city Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 3, 1992, the City Council received and discussed a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities (SR 92:95) related to a request for a three-way stop at the intersection of Arbor Drive and Bordeaux Street; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add subsections 3a-7 and 3b-ll; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for city Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsections 3a-7 and 3b-ll to Section 3 to read as follows: "3a-7 Arbor Drive, at Bordeaux Street, stopping traffic on Arbor Drive in both directions. 3b-ll Bordeaux Street, at Arbor Drive; stopping traffic on Bordeaux Street." Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
