PGandE <br />Form 62 -4517 <br />Advice: 1335 -G <br />Decision: 85 -08 -043 <br />Effective: December 19, 1985 <br />COPIES <br />p4gi on <br />i/ Applicant <br />Power Accounts <br />Customer Accounting <br />PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />PRIORITY P1 NATURAL GAS <br />EXTENSION AND SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />REFERENCE <br />MLX G -J tiJ <br />0143G03202 <br />WO 442D <br />Plat 24 -B -8 <br />City of Pleasanton, a Municipal Corporation <br />(Applicant), has requested PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY (PGandE), to <br />establish natural gas service and sell and deliver to Applicant, natural gas <br />for the operation of Applicant's gas equipment (Equipment), to be installed <br />at 5353 Sunol Boulevard, City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda <br />State of California, as shown on the sketch attached and made a part hereof. <br />PGandE and Applicant agree to the following terms and conditions for <br />the installation of the necessary gas distribution facilities (Distribution <br />System) and supply of such natural gas service. <br />1. Applicant shall install, commence using in a bona fide manner <br />within six (6) months after the date of completion of the Distribution System <br />hereafter referred to, and continue to use for a period of three (3) years, <br />the Equipment. The Equipment consists of the following: <br />Range, tank water heater, cooking, laundry, floor furnace, fireplace <br />2. Applicant shall purchase from PGandE all natural gas service <br />required for the operation of said Equipment. <br />3. Applicant shall pay for such natural gas service in accordance <br />with PGandE's applicable rates as established from time to time by PGandE and <br />on file with the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission). Applicant <br />selects PGandE's Schedule No. GNR1 , a copy of which is attached, as the <br />schedule to be initially applicable hereunder. <br />4.(a) In order to provide service to Applicant (and to others, if <br />any, in Applicant's vicinity who are applying for service under similar <br />agreements and are listed in Appendix A hereof) a main extension will be <br />required which is N/A feet in excess (excess footage) of that which <br />PGandE may install at its own expense under its gas main extension Rule No. 15, <br />a copy of which is attached, based upon the Equipment (and equipment to be <br />installed by such others, if any). The total excess footage payment required <br />to be paid to PGandE therefor under Rule No. 15, at $ N/A per foot, is <br />$ N/A of which Applicant shall pay to PGandE on demand in advance of <br />-1- 62 -4517 <br />
