CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-130 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE ART IN <br />PUBLIC PLACES COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br />who are interested in serving on the Art in Public Places <br />Committee and evaluated their qualifications; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Art Dunkley, Kent Moore, Keith Wardin (selected by the <br />Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council as a representative of <br />PCAC), and David McLaughlin are hereby appointed as <br />members of the Art in Public Places Committee. The <br />Councilmember who will serve on the Committee is Ben <br />Tarver. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 6, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers - Butler and Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />~ G~%r~ <br />Pegg Ezidr City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
