CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-129 <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MELANIE BENTLEY, <br />CHRISTINE STEINER AND ROBERT KENNY TO THE <br />HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the terms of Human Services Commissioners Melanie <br />Bentley, Christine Steiner and Robert Kenny expired on <br />May 20, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br />who are interested in serving on the Human Services <br />Commission and evaluated their qualifications; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section l: Melanie Bentley, Christine Steiner, and Robert Kenny <br />are hereby reappointed to the Human Services Commission <br />for a four year term, which term expires on May 20, 1995, <br />or until such time as they are replaced. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 6, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers - Butler and Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />L 1J1~/- <br />Pegg z dro,~ ity Clerk <br />APPR/jO~V~ /ED~AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
